From 1999 until founding the company FIDEA, Marek Dojnow fulfilled the function of managing director and President of the Board of ABN AMRO Corporate Finance in Poland. Earlier Marek fulfilled the function of departmental director for Primary Market Debt Securities in ABN AMRO (Polska) S.A. Marek began work with ABN AMRO in 1995 and was involved in numerous domestic and international transactions on the primary debt securities market as well as strategic transactions for the Bank in Poland. Before commencing work in ABN AMRO, Marek worked for almost three year for the Warsaw and London offices of the international legal firm Clifford Chance, where he specialised in banking transactions and capital markets. Earlier for more than a year Marek worked as Assistant of the Minister heading the Chancellery of the Prime Minister
Marek completed studies at the law department of Warsaw University. During his studies Marek took part in law programs at the University of Le Mans and Strasburg in France. Marek speaks fluent English and French.
Iain Haggis is a qualified chartered management accountant and chartered secretary and administrator. After working in the UK, Austria, Switzerland and Germany, he moved to Poland as CFO of a fund manager in the Polish Mass Privatisation Program. Subsequently he has held managerial roles in a Dutch-owned leasing company, a radio station and Polish Telecom (Orange). He was at Innova Capital from 2007 to 2014 where he was responsible, among others, for fund reporting, the portfolio controlling function and ESG reporting. Currently he is a partner and CFO of Central Europe Industry Partners, a small fund investing in Czech and Slovak industrial businesses and Chairman of the Unipetrol Audit Committee.

Erik is a co-founder and Managing Partner at Equitin – an investment company focused on developing market leaders in Poland. Erik is a pioneer in private equity in Poland and CEE. He was part of the founding team of Oresa in 1995 and built it into one of the leading private equity firms in the lower mid-market segment. Erik has made more than 25 investments in the region including successes such as Medicover, Trinity, Librus, Intersource and La Fantana.

Stanisław Knaflewski is a member of the Supervisory Board of PKP Cargo and a management and capital transactions advisor. In the years 2001-2013 he was a partner in Enterprise Investors, the leading private equity fund in Central Eastern Europe. Stanisław Knaflewski fulfilled the function of Chairman or Member of the Supervisory Board among others in the companies AB S.A., Stomil Sanok S.A., Lukas Bank S.A., Bulgarian Telecommunication. Earlier Stanisław Knaflewski worked in Boston Consulting Group in Paris and Warsaw. He has a masters law degree from the A. Mickiewicz University in Poznan as well as a Master of Laws from the College of Europe in Bruges and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau.

Robert Manz, Enterprise Investors
Robert Manz is the Managing Partner and Member of the Management Board of Enterprise Investors, which he joined in 1990. In the course of 25 years Robert has managed many investments in Central European countries and was a Management Board member for a wide range of investment firms. Currently he is President of Scitec Nutrition, a business producing supplements and nutrients for sportsmen. Robert has also successfully led the exit from many investments.
Robert was one of the Founders of the Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (PSIK) and was its President in the years 2002-2004 and 2009-2010.
Since 2003 Robert has been President of the Invest Europe Central and Eastern Europe Task Force, which is concerned among other things with the issuance of the annual publication CEE Statistics. Robert was also the Invest Europe (former: EVCA) Management Board member for four years representing Poland in the years 1999 – 2003.

Alex is the Founding Partner and Managing Director of LF, an independent corporate finance advisory boutique created in 2004, the year that Poland joined the EU. Alex has a long track record with clients in telecoms, media, private equity and infrastructure, amongst others.
In 20+ years in PL/CEE, where he resides since 1996, he has completed over 50 M&A and debt transactions totaling over EUR 5 billion, leading projects on behalf of international strategic investors, Polish corporates, as well as private equity firms. Landmark deals include the collaborative creation of Polish leading mobile operator PLAY, the acquisition of Polish auction website ALLEGRO, and the Polish market entry of Italian motorway operator Autostrade Spa, as well as more recently the debt financing of Chilean mobile operator WOM.
From 2012-2017 Alex was Senior Partner/Senior Adviser at Warsaw-based Abris Capital, a leading mid-market PE firm, overseeing its CEE activities. His landmark transactions during those years were in waste processing (Novago, PL) and e-commerce fulfilment (Urgent Cargus, RO).
Alex is a German citizen and has been resident in Poland since 1996; he is a graduate of the London School of Economics, and holds a MPA degree from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. He is fluent in English, German, Polish, Italian, and Spanish, and conversational in French, Russian and Portuguese.

Piotr Noceń is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Resource Partners. Earlier he was a director of the Carlyle Group and Investment Director and a Partner in 3TS Capital Partners, where he led or jointly led three investments in the telecommunications, media and financial services sectors.
Before joining 3TS Capital Partners in 2001, Mr Noceń was a director in the financial advisory department in PricewaterhouseCoopers in Warsaw, where, as a management board member and member of the team responsible for mergers and acquisitions in Central Europe, he looked after advisory projects. His career began in 1997 as a junior analyst in the analysts’ team at Deutsche Bank (previously Deutsche Morgan Grenfell). Piotr gained a Masters Degree in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw Business School. At the same college he also completed postgraduate studies in the World Economic Collegium.

CBDO (Chief Business Development Officer) of Pracuj Group. Co-Founder of the company, associated with it from the start of its activities. He was responsible for the development of new projects and acquisitions. From the beginning of its activities he fulfilled the function of marketing director. In April 2006 he became a member of the management board of Pracuj Group. From September 2013 as Chief Business Development Officer he is responsible for growth of the value of the business through the development of new business activities within the framework of the Pracuj Group. Outside the Pracuj Group he fulfils a management function in the board of the Alumni Club of the University of Chicago Booth. From 2013 he has sat on the Supervisory Board of X-press Couriers and he is a partner in the boutique investment fund Hedgehog Fund. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (MBA), the Management and Marketing Department of the Katowice Economic Academy as well as having completed postgraduate studies in marketing and strategic marketing at the Warsaw Business School.

Khai Tan is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CTL Logistics and a Supervisory Board member of the company Dr Gerard. In the years 2011-2014 he fulfilled the function of President of the Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association.
Prior to joining Bridgepoint, he led the activities of Advent International in Poland. Previously for almost 5 years he fulfilled the function of finance director in Eastbridge, a private holding investment company in Central Europe, and for 11 years he was an employee of the ING branch in Brazil, Poland and the Philippines.
He is a graduate of the Nijenrode University in Holland, where he obtained an MBA degree.
